Setting up test options: When deploying a test, the Instructor defines the Test Options that control when and how the test functions. To change one or more settings for a specific student, use the Test Availability Exceptions section, midway down the Test Options form. In Test Availability Exceptions, click "Add Users or Group" then checkmark the student(s) on the class list who should get an accommodation. Click Submit. For each selected name, revise the settings that will be different from the class rules. Do not change anything else. Accommodations can be made for students who need more time per attempt, more attempts, or who will do the test at a later time. Tip: Create an exception rule for your preview student to see the test before the rest of the class then use your preview student account to check test appearance and functionality.
